Your Membership Status

Okay, there's a problem.

Let's check a few things first...

  1. Are you logged in? (no, really... are you?)
    If you are, you'll see your name in the top-right corner of this website. If you're not, you'll see a "Sign In" or "Sign Up" button instead that looks like this, although perhaps a bit different on a mobile device:

  2. Are you part of an ACTIVE membership?
    Check our current members page to see if your company has a membership that is current and in good standing.  If it does, you'll likely see your company logo listed on the page.
  3. Check with your supervisor!
    Every point of contact at our member companies has an account management page within this site.  From there they can manually add you to the correct membership or send you a link that will allow you to do that yourself.

    If you're still seeing this message where you should be able to access member content, email your manager and have them look for an email from us titled, "Time to update your CXR site accounts" - that will have everything you need.
