The winners of the 2020 Global Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards were just announced and we’re thrilled to see so many CXR Community Members & Alumni on the list. In its 10th year, the CandEs had over 150 global companies participating in the benchmark research program, which ultimately collected the thoughts and experiences of over 180,000 job candidates.

Candidate Experience in the CXR Community
At our first CXR Community Candidate Experience meeting this year, our members had the chance to learn about candidate experience best practices from a panel of previous award winners. We’re thrilled to have another long list of award winners in our community and know that they will continue to contribute conversations and knowledge that raise the bar for all of us.
Kudos to all who participated in the Candidate Experience Benchmark process. It is a time-consuming effort with rewards far beyond a CandE. All participants receive valuable knowledge that helps them continue down the path of continuous improvement, changing the experiences of all talent stakeholders for the better.
