Talent acquisition leaders have a list of key benchmarks that they watch regularly. Time To Fill (TTF) and Cost Per Hire (CPH) are traditionally two metrics that leaders watch closely. However, are they still key benchmarks to gauge the success of TA initiatives? We turned to the CXR Community to learn more about these stats and the comments show that they might just be diminishing in importance. At CXR, we’d argue that cost, speed, and quality are solid benchmarks to consider long before volume and requisition load should enter into the equation. And while it’s immensely helpful to track your own measurements within the industry and of course the CXR Community, nothing will be a better alternative than benchmarking against your own performance year over year after a stake has been put in the ground.
