    Could be the result of time tracking software installed on his work computer, or LinkedIn Stories. I’m just waiting on LinkedIn to launch the ability for us to start “checking in.”

    65lbs is amazing! I gained 30lbs when William was born at the start of the pandemic. I’ve lost 22lbs so far and I’d like to lose another 22lbs. I enlisted the help of a weight loss coach and started taking regular doses of vitamin B injections. The weight loss coach keeps me motivated. I know I have to report my weight every Friday. If I don’t lose enough weight, she’ll put me on a strict detox diet (2 eggs for breakfast, and 4-6 ounces of protein and raw green veggies for lunch and dinner).

    My basic daily routine is:

    Run/Walk 5 miles (I can’t run for another 5 weeks)

    Vegan Smoothie for Breakfast (berries, spinach, kale, vegan protein powder, almond milk, psyllium husk powder)

    Turkey Wrap for lunch (carb balance spinach wrap, turkey slice, 1/2 slice of vegan cheese, a slice of tomato, mixed greens, diced avocado, sweet Thai chili sauce)

    A vegan protein bar or 100 cal almond pack for a snack

    Lots of protein and veggies for dinner!

    What I like most about this routine is that I enjoy the food I eat, so it doesn’t feel like a diet (unless I’m forced into the detox diet). Once or twice a week, I’ll enjoy a cheat meal, but only if I’ve lost enough weight that week. I’ve avoided sugar and chips (my weakness) for five weeks and counting. I even got my husband Mark to join me and he’s down 10lbs too.

    I’m curious to hear what others are doing.
