Workforce requirements are changing as a result of automation/AI, generational shifts, globalization, and normal changing business cycles. Organizational leaders need to think, lead, and act differently about attracting talent with the right skills, as well as investing in the re-, up-skilling of existing talent. We’ll discuss:

- What may be effective in the coming months and years
- We’ll brainstorm together new approaches to the Talent Puzzle facing nearly every employer as we work to ensure we have the right combination of workers (full-time, part-time, contract, temporary, gig, outsourced, etc.), with the right (or nearly right) skills, where and when we need them.
