The Executive Recruiter will provide a world class experience for our executive-level candidates and to our
hiring leaders. This role will support key searches within Honeywell’s business units, and work closely with our Business Unit Presidents. This position reports to the leader of Talent Acquisition within the respective Strategy Business Group.
You will build a sustainable, world class recruiting experience to help Honeywell attract and hire the best executive talent.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 6 years of experience in corporate executive recruiting.
- Ability to effectively use recruiting tools to source talent
- Experience with proactive recruiting strategies using non-traditional recruiting methods.
- Effective Communication and organizational skills.
- a combination of corporate recruiting and executive search firm experience is also desirable
