It’s an Exciting Time to be in Talent

In just the last few years, we’ve seen an increasing (and long overdue) interest in the evolving presence of “Talent Management” in our space.  We’ve watched teams go from just talking about what Talent Management means to seeing them lose Talent Acquisition leaders to TM leadership roles.

It’s what drove the decision by CXR to recently announce our new expansion from solely Talent Acquisition into Talent Management and the exciting additions of China Gorman and Lars Schmidt to our ranks.  As Lars and China continue to explore all of the cornerstone HR areas, they’ll be laying the foundation for communities made of professionals that focus on the development, motivation, and retention of high performing employees within impressive companies around the world.

But they won’t be doing that alone…

Today, CXR is excited to announce a third addition to our CareerXroads family.  Shannon Pritchett, formerly the Editor of ERE’s SourceCon, joins us as our Managing Director, Communities.  She’ll be expanding on her successful approach to growing the SourceCon community by nearly 3X, and combining it with the proven principals that allow CareerXroads to deliver an unparalleled community experience to over 135 member companies and thousands employees globally.

Diving in to community management, as well as an exciting expansion into our research and benchmark work, we’re looking forward to the work that Shannon will be contributing alongside Gerry Crispin, China Gorman, Lars Schmidt, Barb Ruess, Chris Hoyt (me!), and our numerous supporting team members.
