    Hi CXR Team,

    I’m interested to hear what you’ve already changed or what you plan to change around high volume interviewing? At Nike we haven’t been hiring in our retail space. We normally do in person interviews with 5-6 people in our break rooms where working employees come in and out. Would love to hear what you’ve done or plan to do to be able to interview effectively, not slow down the process, and remain safe while practicing social distancing.

      Hi Jessica,

       

      We’ve moved to all virtual interviews at Lilly. typically using a skype or Teams platform, but also leveraging facetime when needed.
