We have aligned start dates to limit staggered starts. This means for a possible shorter internship. Some roles (1/3) might not be able to be conducted virtually so we are still discussing how to deal with those both programmatically and financially.
Have surveys all hiring managers on feasibility. Have surveyed students to ensure they could do virtually if it comes to that.
Have set a drop-dead date or 4/15 to communicate to students
