We are working on a project to decrease the instances of cancelled requisitions that lead to wasting resources and are looking to see if anyone knows if there is a benchmark for “acceptable waste” or something similar.
Also, is anyone reducing waste within their organizations? If so, what worked well or did you have any learning opportunities to share?
