Wilson’s HCG Top 100 Employment Brands report is well done and offers helpful checklists that support their scoring decisions – useful guides for any Employment Branding professionals looking to raise the bar. Congratulations to all Employers on the list and especially to the following recent and current 2018 CareerXroads members (ties were common):

AbbVie [61], ADP [6], Aetna [84], Amazon [51], Bristol Myers Squibb [51], Capital One [35], Carmax [35], CDW [72], Comcast [40], Cummins [6], Disney [29] FedEx [29], Hilton [15], J&J [1!], Kimberly Clark [95], GE [11], Lockheed [3], Marriott [15], Northrop Grumman [24], PepsiCo [40], Stryker [61], Target [11], Verizon [29], Waste Management [84], Wells Fargo [84].

It was impressive to see J&J who has been among the top three for several years as #1 this year with the highest score. Other current members acknowledged in the top 10 included ADP and Lockheed Martin.

[CareerXroads Report: Innovators in Employment Branding]

We are particularly impressed with the transparency Wilson HCG placed on sharing their scoring methodology. Regardless whether you (or we) would build an EB Index the same way, this report offers insights for all to take away and can be a great source for improvement choices. Categories that were scored included:

  • Career Pages
  • Job Boards
  • Employee Reviews and Engagement
  • Accolades
  • Recruitment Marketing
  • Corporate Social Responsibility & Recruitment Initiatives
