CXR Pulse 9/28/2020: Voting in America

Most Americans would be hard-pressed to remember an election with so many societal and economic issues and challenges in play. As such, many employers are stepping up their communications, outreach, and even spending in an effort to encourage their employees to exercise their right to vote.
In this week’s pulse check, we’re asking what your employer is doing to encourage you and your peers to vote in the 2020 elections.

We’re talking about it…

Believe it or not, the topic of the upcoming election comes up a lot with Talent and HR circles. And most recently we’ve been hearing about what member companies like Target and Walmart, not to mention other impressive organizations like Best Buy and Patagonia are doing to encourage their employees to get out and vote.

So this week’s pulse asks you exactly that. What’s your organization doing (or not doing) to encourage you to exercise your right to vote?

Give it a click and be sure to share the poll forward to your social networks.

Up for just a little under 24hrs and I’m already surprised a bit at how many employers aren’t doing anything – even communication to their teams…
