CXR Recommends: A Pixar take on Inclusion & Belonging

A quick, fun message on the power of inclusion and belonging and well worth the 8 minutes.

Here’s a must-view, unique – and (to borrow a pun from the film) unbeweavable video from Pixar studios. The story takes place in the fictional organization B.R.O. Capital. When this very white “bro” culture hires a ball of yarn… yes really… she finds herself conforming to fit in. Yet ultimately, staying true to herself and inspiring a much more diverse culture by the end.

Yes, it’s a cartoon – but one with a pretty powerful message that might resonate even more now than when it was released in 2019. It’s a quick message on the power of inclusion and belonging and well worth the 8 minutes.
