A 25 year veteran of recruiting and HR, Hoyt is a sought-after speaker with presentations including national conferences with SHRM, LinkedIn, HR Technology, and others in the USA as well as iRecruit, Australasian Talent Conference, and more abroad. Chris has been promoting and leading full scale and enterprise-wide integrations within workforce strategies for his entire career. His expertise and passion for interactive/social recruiting, candidate experience, and both national and international recruiting strategies are all areas that Hoyt now leverages as president and owner of CareerXroads.

Gerry Crispin, is a life-long student of Staffing and an author of countless articles and whitepapers on the evolution of staffing during a career in HR leadership that spans more than 40 years. Gerry has a wide range of experience from HR leadership positions at Johnson and Johnson; to boutique Executive Search firms; a Career Services Director at the university where he received his Engineering and two advanced degrees in Organizational/Industrial Behavior; and, GM of a major recruitment advertising firm even as he launched CareerXroads 20 years ago.

Shannon Pritchett

Shannon has a diverse background in training, sourcing, international recruitment, coaching, and journalism. Her learnings have shown her the power of relationships and the importance of community. Shannon believes that knowledge and wisdom are best shared in a community-driven environment. Shannon got her start in the recruitment industry at Vanderbilt University and later worked as a Recruiter for Community Health Systems and T-Mobile USA. She also served as a Director of Recruiting for Moxy, Trainer with AIRS, Manager of Global Sourcing and Training for ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO, and last as the Editor for SourceCon.

Barb's career in marketing and branding started with one of the very first job boards and has been focused on career search/talent acquisition in one way or another ever since. She has worked with CXR practically since its beginning and wears many hats from meeting planner to communications to marketing strategy and more.
