We grabbed a few minutes with EY’s Carrie Garten to talk about the experience she had at her first colloquium, our 107th meeting. The topic of the day and a half spent with nearly 50 company leaders was executive level recruiting. In this episode, Carrie shares a few thoughts on the volume of information she was able to digest, some perspective on candidate tracking systems, and the power of expanding her network at, and beyond, a CXR event.
