CXR Chat: College Recruiting with Target

I was fortunate enough to get a few moments with Target’s Megan Grimm (director, talent acquisition) following the conclusion of our recent colloquium meeting about early career and college hiring.

For our viewers and listeners, Megan comments on her thoughts and our observation that the early career segments within Talent Acquisition are ripe for disruption as is evident in the way that college candidates are pushing back on employers, accepting multiple offers, and backing out of many hi-potential programs at the last minute.  Members can learn more about these factors within the conversations taking place on the CXR eXchange after logging in.
