Hi Everyone! I wanted to reach out and ask what other companies are doing regarding in-person interviews during this stage of the COVID-19 pandemic. Things are a bit fluid right now, with CDC Guidance changing in response to the Delta variant. What are you all doing to promote safe, equitable and consistent hiring practices? Are you requiring masks, regardless of vaccination status, for all onsite interviewers and interviewees? If candidates and hiring team voluntarily provide proof of vaccination, are you allowing them to interview mask-less, while keeping other safety measures in place (i.e. social distancing, utilizing larger conference rooms, etc.)?
