Two great knowledge-sharing opportunities rose out of today’s Women in Talent discussions.
First, the Audible team shared some details around their Returnship program geared towards tech roles. They were able to share how they got leadership support and hiring manager buy-in; as well as how they revamped their entire recruiting process to handle the unique needs of a tech candidate with a gap in employment.
