Aspirational goals for underrepresented minority groups and women were mentioned in yesterday’s discussion. We’ve previously set these as well and looking to update them. Does anyone have recommendations for a 3rd party they’ve used to analyze their organizations current demographic data and then provide such recommended Aspirational Goals?
As our organization has changed significantly over the past couple of years since the goals were originally set, we’re looking to reset our goals, utilizing the current state of the org plus external data (to validate achievability of goals).
