Catching Up with Céleste Luzadder-Frick on Peer Collaboration & Candidate Experience

Upon the conclusion of our 114th colloquium meeting, we sat down for a quick chat with Céleste Luzadder-Frick, one of Intuit’s senior TA leaders, to ask her thoughts on the three very different CXR meetings that she’s had the opportunity to attend over the last year.

The focus of our most recent meeting was a broader look at the popular topic of “candidate experience”.  We brought 30 companies to the Spectrum headquarters in Charlotte, NC to connect and discuss the experience of each stakeholder involved in the candidate journey; The candidate, the hiring manager, and the recruiter.
