CareerXroads Report on Recruiting Org Structures

CareerXroads Recruiting Structure BenchmarkAt CareerXroads we create and house hundreds of peer-driven benchmark reports and surveys that range in topics from vendor selection to global org structures. Recently our members asked for a quick report out on how global Talent Acquisition teams were structured and managing the work of recruitment.

What we found was that whether or not recruiting teams ultimately sit centralized underneath one global leader (as nearly 60% of our responding members report) or the function structure is unique to the organization (as over 20% shared), the allocation of work within those teams is interestingly assigned across internal recruiters, sourcers, operations experts, and even recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services.

In this quick benchmark, we asked CareerXroads member companies to share how large their recruiting teams are, the size of their sourcing teams (if they have one at all), how much work is given to RPO’s, and how their teams report in/through business partners and clients.

Current CareerXroads members can view the full report or other available benchmark studies within the CXR Research section of our site.
