CXR has long been known for its rapid-fire and pulse-check research reports covering any topic of interest within its membership walls that range from source of hire to recruiting capacity and organizational structure. When a talent leader calls CareerXroads and requests a benchmark study regarding a specific area of human capital, in just days the CXR team can begin to collect high-level or in-depth responses from its nearly 150 member companies or the industry at large. And that’s exactly what it’s been doing for over 20 years.
Until today, all of the research has been kept under lock and key, visible only to current CXR members. We’re pleased to announce that beginning with a select number of reports, we’ll be releasing research to the public that was initially published just 24 months ago. So while the data is still very informative, it’s not so current as to dull the competitive edge our members benefit from when participating and collaborating on more recently collected research.
Kicking off this public release are the following reports:
Alumni Programs
Company leaders share within this report their percentage of “boomerang” hires, and details regarding their own values and competitive practices related to alumni programs and talent acquisition.
Campus Recruiting Models
Campus leaders continue to share in this report how their approaching on-campus activity, the evolution of their organization’s interviewing processes, and more.
Determining Employee Referrals
Nearly 90% of our CXR members responded to this survey to track employee referrals as a source of hire, and a large portion of enterprise-sized organizations leave it up to the candidate to identify themselves as a referral.
Sourcing Investments
In this recent CareerXroads benchmark report we asked our members to share how they’re looking to change their investments when sourcing talent into the next year.
All of these, and others, can be found within the CXR Research & Reports Directory. Follow-up webinars and eXchange discussions held for each of the research reports will continue to be restricted to current members only.
