Bad Candidate Experience Is Expensive

A solid argument for why you should consider the actual cost of poor candidate experience.

Loved this recent blog post by Jan Tegze. It offers a solid summary of the ‘regret’ issues noted so well by The Talent Board‘s Candidate Experience Awards whitepapers. It also brought some flashbacks to the iconic Virgin Media case study from a few years ago. He makes a solid argument for why you should consider the actual cost of poor candidate experience.

Candidate experience doesn’t just impact recruiting – it can impact your entire business.

Jan does a good job putting some numbers together to illustrate the importance and impact of candidate experience. It’s well worth the quick read.
