Talent Management Leaders now have a community of peers focused on helping each other innovate, collaborate, and lead
As the premier talent acquisition community for over 20 years, CXR has created a place for Talent Acquisition professionals at all levels to network, share, and grow both virtually and in-person. It’s been exciting to watch the community naturally evolve into a safe space for our members to reach out and help each other. CXR has truly become a hub of information and collaboration for talent acquisition leaders, and all of us at CXR are excited to extend that community into the talent management arena.
In late fall, CXR plans to have two in-person meetings focused on different areas of talent management. These members-only meetings will be conducted in the same format that the talent acquisition meetings have had for over two decades: vendor-neutral events that offer talent management leaders an opportunity to have open discussions, brainstorm, and share openly about the issues that are keeping them up at night. We plan to address future issues that are critical to talent management. In coming months we’ll hone in on those meeting topics and host locations.
Join us in welcoming two industry pioneers, China Gorman & Lars Schmidt, to lead this expansion of CXR communities
Joining CXR to drive this expansion are China Gorman (Managing Director of UNLEASH America, former CEO of the Great Place to Work Institute, and former COO of SHRM) and Lars Schmidt (Founder of Amplify, co-founder of HROS and co-author of Employment Branding for Dummies). “We are looking forward to empowering people to innovate and discover new solutions together,” shares Schmidt. “From the in-person meetings to the collaborative tools online, CXR is uniquely positioned to offer the talent management space an open and elevated community that could prove a game changer for participating organizations.”
