In today’s fiercely competitive employment climate, knowing everything you can about your sources of hire is critical. It’s often a topic of conversation when CXR Members gather and at this year’s Leadership Colloquium, we asked the room to consider how their view of source of hire has changed.
First, we took a look at where talent acquisition is investing their resources. Ideally, that shows what sources are valued and should correlate to which sources have the greatest impact.
