While we wouldn't sign off on all of these, there are certainly some gems in this AmazingHiring booklist for your consideration.

While we’re not a huge fan of lists of nearly any type, the team at AmazingHiring did put together an interesting collection of 23 books (who has the time?) for nearly anyone in our space (yes, Sourcers are included) to read.

In this article, they’ve collected authors that you’ve likely never heard of and a few that we’re certain that you know well. And while not all of them are great, most of them are quite good. (See what we did there?)

So it’s our hope that you’ll go through the list (and full article linked below) and add a few to your own personal library as there’s no substitute for taking the time to rip up a solid read with a pen and highlighter in the name of your own professional development.
