Three reasons your Global Candidate Experience team needs to be in Amsterdam this October

Raising the bar for global candidate experience is one of our passions. Another? Giving our talent acquisition community opportunities to grow and feed their own passions. It’s one of the reasons we continue to host Colloquium gatherings throughout the world. Even with the 24/7 sharing and growth that happens in our online community, there’s something special about coming together in person… Leaving the everyday behind and focusing on what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.

It should come as no surprise, then, that we’ve been impressed with the momentum and energy around the UNLEASH events. Their stated mission “to inspire and transform the world of work and technology” is a natural match for our talent acquisition community that is seeking the same thing in their offices around the world. We were excited to participate and lead a discussion at UNLEASH America this spring and are looking forward to another great event at the UNLEASH World Conference & Expo this October in Amsterdam.

If you oversee international recruiting efforts, you should be looking forward to it too. If UNLEASH Amsterdam isn’t on your calendar – or the calendar of your European counterpart – here are a few reasons we think it should be.

Get ahead of the talent acquisition curve

This conference is all about the future of work and HR technology. UNLEASH brings together 5000+ leaders from big brands, large enterprises, startups, media and governments from over 120 countries worldwide for two days of inspiring stories, networking, and fun. They are putting together an impressive line-up of keynotes, speakers and panels – including one led by our very own Gerry Crispin on Candidate Experience for the European candidate.

Efficiently evaluate recruiting vendors

From large enterprises to innovative start-ups – UNLEASH reports that if they are building solutions for the future of work, they’re present for you to meet. If past events are any indication, the expo floor will be a buzz of activity and give you the opportunity to consider solutions in AI, Smart Data, Digital Transformation, Learning & Development, Talent Management and more. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about vendors you’ve considered and catch a few that you haven’t even heard of yet.

Network, learn and share during our Global Candidate Experience Colloquium

CareerXroads members – and friends – are invited to a special one-day Colloquium meeting the day before UNLEASH starts. We’ll spend a full day discussing Global Candidate Experience – learning from each other, discussing the future of candidate experience, and completing some exercises that you can take back to your team to jump start your own initiatives.

Participants in this vetted and limited-attendance meeting will be asked to bring data, actual practices, and their imagination as we examine every step a candidate takes. Join us as we brainstorm what the next generation of global candidates will need – and the best way to measure it. Enterprise members can reserve a seat at this meeting now. Not an enterprise member? Contact us to learn how you can participate in our Global Candidate Experience Colloquium.
